FCPC serves as an advisory group to provide input to the strategic planning of the Division of Operations concerning college facilities, grounds, and campus safety. It is responsible for advising the Vice President of Operations to ensure that the living and learning environment on campus is aligned with the College’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Reports to: CSPP

Membership: The Vice President of Operations or a designee will serve as chair of FCPC alongside a co-chair elected from the membership. Membership on FCPC will be based primarily on relevant expertise. The Vice President of Operations will define the most appropriate size of planning council membership with the following requirement: members will include representatives from faculty, staff, and students, appointed by the Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, and Student Government. Planning Councils need not have equal representation from these constituencies, but each constituency is to be represented by a minimum of two members.
